About the studioIntegrated design-build coordination
Novara coordinates design, construction, engineering, independent state-licensed trade contractors, vendors, and professional partners through one organized project-management process. Novara does not hold plumbing, electrical, HVAC or architecture licenses — licensed work is performed by the licensed professionals engaged for each project.
Detailed, transparent proposals
Scope, pricing, selections, and known allowances are defined up front. Owner-requested changes and unforeseen conditions are documented and approved through a written change order before work proceeds.

- How long does a typical kitchen or bath remodel take?
- Kitchens: 10–14 weeks on site after design. Baths: 6–10 weeks. Whole-home renovations and additions typically run 6–10 months.
- What's the investment range for your projects?
- Kitchens start at $85K, baths at $45K, whole-home remodels at $350K, custom homes at $500/sqft. Every proposal defines scope, pricing, selections, and known allowances in detail.
- Do you handle permits and drawings?
- Novara coordinates the permits and inspections required for our project scope. Novara does not hold plumbing, electrical, HVAC or architecture licenses — where a permit or work must be performed by a state-licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC or other specialty contractor, that work is performed by independent, state-licensed professionals engaged for the project.
- Can we live in the home during construction?
- For kitchens and baths, usually yes with a temporary setup. For whole-home renovations, we recommend relocating for the messy phases.
- What warranty do you offer?
- Novara provides a written one-year workmanship warranty on covered labor performed by our team, together with applicable manufacturer warranties on installed products and materials. Full terms are provided in the construction agreement.
